About Teresa:
Teresa has served as Director of Children and Family Ministries at Aledo UMC since November 2019. She has served in the Aledo UMC children’s ministries for over twelve years volunteering as a Sunday School teacher from nursery to Pre-K as well as 5th and 6th graders. She received her degree in Family Relations at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. When she graduated, she worked in Child Protective Services as well as Elder Care.
Her love for children and families has led her back to serve full time.
In her role as Director of Children & Family Ministries, Teresa will oversee all aspects of programming for children birth to sixth grade and work closely with the Student Ministries Department to help the sixth-graders transition to the youth group.
