"Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these." Mark 10:14
Aledo UMC is committed to providing a fun, safe, and nurturing learning environment for children to experience the love of Jesus Christ. We believe Christian education is an important part of a child’s spiritual development. At Aledo UMC, we guide our children to make wise choices, trust God no matter what, and treat others the way they want to be treated. Our children's Sunday School lessons are designed to give them a solid foundation and build a strong faith of loving, knowing, and serving our God.
We ask that all families fill out registration form annually.

Birth - 4 Years: Your little ones are welcome to spend time in the care of our trained nursery staff while you attend church and Sunday school. We use a curriculum-based approach with even the youngest children, by singing songs to them, reading Bible stories to them and making sure they are told each and every week that God loves them. Children from two to four years enjoy music, crafts, and a Bible story. All nursery rooms are located on the first floor of the Education building, which is the two-story red brick building connected to the back side of the church.
Birth to 2 Years - Room 101
2 Year Olds - Room 102
3 Year Olds - Room 104
4 Year Olds - Room 103
